All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds do not include any reimbursement of these amounts.

We have 2 methods of Shippoing

1. Shipping by EMS (Express Mail Servie) By Thailand Post direct to your address)

1. France and EU Zone : 1 - 5 Bettas = $45USD (receive in 4-7 bussiness days)
2. Asia Zone : 1 - 5 Bettas = $35USD (receive in 4-7 bussiness days)

2. Fish shipping VIA Transshipper. 
By Federal US law, all live animals entering  to the country MUST come through a licensed Import Agent (in this case is Transshipper), and on arrival MUST clear Customs and MUST be inspected by the US Dept of Fish & Wildlife.
The Transshiper handle all of that so fish can enter the USA legally.
Then Transshipper send them on to buyer.

2 STEPS for Shipping (via Transhipper)

STEP1. Shipping  from Thailand to your trans shipper. 
1.1 All buyers have to pay shipping cost to me. Buyers from Canada, Australia, Philippine have except shipping cost. 
1.2 The shipping cost for Normal betta is $5 each (and Giant betta is $7 each).
STEP2. Shipping cost from your trans shipper  to your address (buyer). 
2.1 All buyers have to pay shipping cost direct to your Transshipper. Then, please contact your local Transshipper to check shipping fee before bidding.
2.2 Let me know which Transhipper you select, then we will which accordingly.

For USA and EU bidders

I will ship the fish legally through my transhippers. Buyers pay the local shipping charges to my transhippers.  For US bidders: shipping charge from Thailand to your selected US transhipper is only $5.00 per fish.
